Crooked company that with mafia-like methods to avoid contract cancellations to become effective. Me and my companies will never touch this company again.
Tully dreadful Telecom. In 2018 PT delivered a fiber internet connection to us/a business client with 2 months of a delay. Then they failed to send invoices for few months and cut us off for not paying the bills. For over a month now we're trying to correct the tax number on the bills - it's still not done. After countless phonecalls and hours spent talking with them: they lack procedures and proper issue tracking system, at least on the b2 side. If you can - save yourself hassle and choose another provider. And btw - our internet connection is down again since yesterday.
