Not what it used to be!!!! While aki it was a 5 star shop. Since leroymerlin bought it we only find empty shelves and articles missing for months, if not gone forever. But the online store isn't better! Orders being available for delivery in more then a month!!! And it can also happen that in the end of that time you receive a notice that after all the articles you ordered are no longer available... Being a long time customer of aki I am very disappointed with this change!

Today owned by Leroy Merlin, AKI is the smaller type store of its kind but offering almost everything you need for your brico. I'm an old client of this particular store since it's closer to my place. Although, if you need variety, you should stop by Leroy Merlin chain...

Funky Doolittle

Great assortment. Helpful staff, but not enough staff. I like Aki Telheiras more than Colombo because it is never too busy also small shopping centre is good to buy stuff without going to Colombo.

It's a huge DIY store with almost everything you're going to need. Unfortunately it's a bit understaffed which means you might have to wait quite a bit to get assistance. On a positive note the staff is nice and helpful.
