Good place with nice, hipster ambiance. The staff were lovely, but the food wasn't amazing. Solid ramen, but not spectacular. The dry wassabi Martini was really excellent!

Could've been a good meal. Everything was done well, but there was a lack of attention to detail. Egg didn't taste like much, chashu idem. Noodle could be reduced further, as it was a bit flat. Dessert was OK, but a bit claggy. Needed to be lighter and less uni dimensional. Lacked acidity and salt. Really need to step up their game, when you're charging 14.5 euros for a bowl of soup (when you can have the best ramen in Tokyo for around half of the price), you need to deliver it. They didn't. However, it is a nice place and the service was top notch.

I have just ordered "spicy tonkotsu" and not only the delivery was very punctual, but also the ramen was incredible!! Compliments to the team :)

Unfortunately what was supposed to be a night out with a friend for drinks and food ended up with my friend - who especifically asked if there was sesame on the ramen and asked a couple of times to the waiter when our food arrived if what we were seeing was indeed sesame or not to which he replied it wasn't because the kitchen apparently told him so - taking a taxi home urgently because what she had was indeed sesame and she was already bursting in allergies. I'm wondering why people took this so irresponsibly. Food allergies are really serious and cannot be taken lightly. For her luck she lives close by and she had her medication back home. Imagine if her throat had shut down before she got home? We payed for someone else's mistake and that just does it for the one and only experience. The food was good but what came afterwords was terrible. She ended up in the hospital having to take a whole lot of medication to stop the allergies. Really really irresponsible Ajitama. Hope you guys learn your lesson! Food allergies cannot be treated lightly! If someone says they cannot have something, THEY REALLY CANNOT HAVE SOMETHING!

One of the best ramens in Lisboa. Fast service and reasonable price.

Excellent and very tasty ramen. Appetizers, main course and deserts were exceptionally well presented and qualitative. As an ex-ramen chef, I've tried most prominent ramen joints in Lisbon and this one really caught my attention. Best tonkotsu I've tried so far, fresh gyozas and delicious cheesecakes. Also, minor detail but important nonetheless, the menu is quite explicit. Meaning, it states what broth each ramen is made of, the intensity and level of spice. It's a curious detail for those who are familiar with different types of ramen. Tip: order a tonkotsu with extra cashu and gyoza as appetizer. Cheesecake optional but highly recommended ;). Without a doubt, I'll be back to try all the other ramen.

I went here Over 10 times. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Lisbon. I can highly recommend the Miso

It was very mediocre. I wish I read the reviews before going but to repeat what a lot of people have said: 1. The broth is nowhere near as thick as it should be (I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen) 2. The price is super expensive for Lisbon. If you’re going to charge those prices at least deliver a ramen that feels more authentic to what you would find in Japan The cocktails were delicious though.
