Just won't give 5 starts because the bread in my egg sandwich was a bit dry. Everything was good, and cheap. The soup was hearty and filling, and the sandwich was very good as well (except for the bread, but the pork sandwich in the picture was fine) Very cheap, a meal under 5 in the center of Lisbon isn't all that easy to find

Ate there twice. It’s a really small place, popular with the locals. Good location. Easy to find. The vegetable soup is very hearty and the tapas is really fresh n good.

If you want to live as a local, this place is perfect for its cod croquets. It’s one of the oldest establishments in Lisbon. Small and a great spot for a light meal and a beer.

Nice little while in the wall to grab a drink and some Lisbon fast food. Cheap and filling.

Four stars for the delish vegetable soup. Go to this place if you’re passing by and not looking for a proper lunch or dinner, and you’ll be satisfied having some snacks and wine watching the square. They have tables outside. I also tried the shrimp and meat starters. They were ok but a bit on the greasy side.

Good vibes, lots of regulars chatting to the staff. Cheap beer and a great place to watch people.

I’m a foodie and I tried several pastel de bacalhau but this is the best one yet matched it with green wine.

Stopped in for a Pastel de Bacalhau and some vinho verde, truly wish I hadn’t. The pastel de Bacalhau was Absolutely awful. You could tell it was fried hours ago and was ice cold when they served it. Then in one of them I found a huge fish bone. Wine wasn’t bad though.
