Without writing an essay... This place is absolutely incredible. A very special & sacred place to heal, transform & detoxify. The staff are incredibly attentive and the program is super comprehensive. As a Holistic Nutritionist myself, I was so incredibly impressed with this program in every single way. I plan to return every single year with as many people as I can convince to come with me. Never had I ever been able to achieve on my own what I was able to achieve in a single week here. This is an experience that needs to be felt for itself as words just simply don't do justice. I don't know a single person who wouldn't benefit from this holistic detox experience. Thank You Moinhos - I will be back!

Absolutely loved everything about this place! From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and you know you are in good hands. Chris, Anna and Karen are so kind and caring yoga teachers. Trish is so fun doing the Biodanza and left us all out of breath :) I think this place attracts positive, open minded and successful people. The week went by very quick and it feels that without too much effect but strong will I’m going home 2.5 kg lighter, very relaxed, calm and optimistic Looking forward to coming back to this place.
