Cloaca Maxima

Very nice place indeed. Food quality is excellent and service is kind. Clean place and they respect all covid-19 protocols. Highly recommended!

Situated in a small pedestrianised street in the old town Lagos, MIMAR is a traditional Portuguese restaurant with many European dishes on the menu. It has outside seating as well as inside. There are always dish of the day options, meat, fish, vegetarian at economical prices. Very good service Recommended.

Food was good. Service was friendly however a little bit slow and some of the tapas took quite a while to arrive.

Service is friendly and uplifting. Food is good but not great. The sweet potatos could use some dip, the chorico could be juicier, the fries could use some salt. But all in all alright!

Good simple food. They have daily menus that are really affordable (around 6) and tasty. Recommend the Bolo de Bolacha for desert!

Good food and nice range of dishes, also a good option for vegetarians although you'd want to go for more than the recommended 2 to 3 dishes per person as the vegetarian ones are smaller (but also cheaper). Dinner for two, plus a drink each, came to 35

Great selection of tapas, we have been there twice and everytime everything was perfect :) food was so good, fresh and very tasty, service was very nice and helpful! Great place! :)
