The staff and drivers are all very nice and the location is central to Lagos, but the station is outdated and has a feeling of dismal quality. A bit of maintenance and painting would do wonders and a bit of vegetation to breakdown the parking landscape would make the parking lot a little less ugly. It is not helped by the fact that major reconstruction work is happening next door.

Bus service is well organized for tracking people and seats assigned. I only have one recommendation, that the bus company tag the suitcases and not leave it as a free for all. This became a serious issue in South America until they changed their system. It is a shame that people sometimes cannot be trusted, but it would be a shame to see luggage go missing and affect someone's holiday. It's bound to happen sooner or later. Bus was clean and driver was good. It was a good way to travel to Sevilla from Lagos. I would certainly do it again.

Poor customer service at this location. But your tickets online ahead of time and avoid the frustrating. Service window attendant is often smoking around the corner while customers wait in line.

It is a small bus terminal, lots of people, a word of advice, do as the ticket says, arrive 15 minutes before the departure of the bus, and then just look for the bus number in the front of the bus that matches the one in your ticket and you will be fine. I like that the Expresso buses have wifi and plugs to charge your phone, for long trips, it is just all I need to survive watching netflix.

Great little bus station untouched for many years which adds to its attraction. Staff always helpful, smiley and friendly. When we stay in alvor we always love to spend the day in lagos beautiful place.

It's a bus station what more can you say? Dont expect any frills, it's pretty much a shed with buses inside, no cafe, no comfortable sitting area, just buses

You need to know where this place is. This is the main bus station in the city. It's very useful to familiarise yourself with it's location.
