Not what it looks like in the photos! you might get the old rooms, and they put you in this really hold hotel with stinky rooms. They have a dog there. The "nice rooms" are a not that amazing either, try the place next door.

Clean rooms but the bed was not good at all but the view is the best in town
It looks like one of the best hostels in the area, and while I only tried this one I'm happy with my decision. The staff was great, always available and friendly. The mattresses and pillows could get some love tho. Other than that, amazing place to stay at. The kitchen is well equipped and it's pretty clean. It has an outside area with an amazing view to the "Vila do Gerês".
Great place in the city, a little tiny parking also available, do not come so late. We had a clean cute room with terrace. Also fully equipped kitchen here for all, keep the place clean. You can eat inside with nice view over the valley or at the common terrace. Great smiling staff and lovely singing birds.
What you would expect for an hostel. Very kind and helpful staff.
Great spot with a beautiful porch. 7 min walk to the local downtown area. Wonderful staff and the breakfast is also great!
Great breakfast, Nice staff the ONLY 'problem' is not having wi.fi on the rooms.
