Overpriced & no detergents available. 9 to do one small load? 20 minutes in the dryer & clothes were cold & wet. Cold! Dishonest ripoff!

They have 3 washer options based on weight and 2 dryers. We used the 13kg ones because it was available. Not sure I selected the right setting but it took about 35 minutes. Dryer was about 5e and took 50 minutes to dry. Go for a walk and get lunch while you wait.

Excellent, clean and easy to use. Instructions in English plus Portuguese. About 10 for 18kg wash and dry.
