A place must to visit for you to know saint was coming from common people like us :) You may understand st Lucia, St. Jasinta and St. Francesco houses. Since there were many people entering the small house, you may be patients to line up while enjoying the house
like
it is a distance walk from the sanctuary but you can take the train 5 per person, with unlimited rides! worth a visit. be sure to visit the parish church of Fátima too, where the three shepherd children were baptised. such a peaceful place and humbling experience.
Nice to be able to visit the simple home of Jacinta to see how she lived. It is well preserved inside and out. It’s only a 2 km walk from the sanctuary of Fatima. It’s best to read a bit about the story of the Miracle at Fatima before coming here though, otherwise it won’t be very interesting. A true pilgrimage site for Christians.
Easy access and comfortable to walk around
Very impressed...thought provoking...really brought alive the story of Fatima...great to walk in the footsteps of these little saints...Highly recommend.
