Here you can book, buy, change, cancel flights. Not crowded. Good service. Nice office.
Dont follow their own queues and the bag drop off queue is also accepting regular check in. Very slow (Sunday 25 August at 7am.).
Awful cancelled our flight when we arrived at 5.00 a.m. No compensation offered will avoid them in the future.

Although at the official site of TAP Portugal, I found another address, Google didn't dissapoint me and it was the offical website that had the incorrect address :) Small office with a little bit hard to find entrance.
