An unforgettable and unique experience that every tourist who visits Madeira should do. The team was very experienced and knows exactly where the dolphins and the whales are, so we were able to see 4 different species of dolphins and whales (at Madeira are more than 20 different species through the year). A great experience, highly recommended!

A really good and talented guide with the name Maggie who knows everything about the dolphins, whales and all that. In my opinion this is overpriced since the whole tour was 2.5h and during this time we could only see dolphins for maximum 5-10min but maybe I wasn’t lucky so that’s why I am having this opinion. It would be much more fun to see more dolphins and some whales. The only reason I give this activity 4/5 stars is because of the great guide Maggie who is doing her job really well and passionately. One thing to know that they didn’t told us is that as soon as they see a dolphins or two, they are only allowed to stay at that position for maximum 10min and after that they have to move because the animals are getting stressed and stuff but.. I wanted to keep looking. In the beginning of this activity you’ll have a briefing about the dolphins, whales and some security things. Make sure you bring a camera with you, maybe a go pro since you are allowed to put your camera inside the water to record the animals. In the end of the tour they drive to a high point which is beautiful and I think the second highest point in Europe or something and they also show you some places where people grow different kind of fruits and vegetables, you didn’t had the option to get off the rib boat. Overall really good guide and well planned. After this I understood that they really care about the animals in the ocean which is really sweet. They treat them very well, I’ve never heard of anything like this before which makes Madeira special in this section, good job guys!

Paid 100 to go whale/dolphin watching. The boat was full and it was impossible to keep some distance from other passengers. It was very windy and we asked beforehand if the tour was still on. We went and got very wet because of the rough sea. Unfortunately we saw nothing during our tour and we got offered a free voucher for another tour to see more animals. Please next time use 2 boats so passengers can keep distance for covid and don't go sailing anyways if you know the animals won't show because of strong winds.

Great experience! Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the Dolphins and Whales. The boats are fast and a rib-type, they quickly get you out to areas where the animals will be and use a network of spotters on shore to guide the boats. They respect the creatures they find and will only stay for max 10mins per sighting. It's worth taking plenty of sun cream and some water to drink as the boats are only small and quite exposed to the sun or any weather. All in all a very good experience and would highly recommend. We were very lucky to see pilot whales & atlantic spotted dolphins. We would definitely use this company again!! :-)
