This museum is considered as one of the best museums in Portugal. It's extremely interesting - the building itself, old wooden album of photos, original cameras, examples of the first coloured photos, stereotypic photos. Incredible! Strongly recommend.

Bogata ekspozycja zdjec z poczatkow XX wieku. Szkoda, ze brak kontynuacji, i nie ma zdjec z lat 60-tych, 80-tych i z poczatku tego wieku. Mimo wszystko muzeum warte odwiedzenia. Bogata ekspozycja pokazujaca poczatki fotografii, ciekawy pokaz multimedialny i zdjecia obrazujace historie nie tylko wystawione w formie papierowej, ale i na ekranie.
Excelente Museu, a não perder se visita a Ilha da Madeira. Excelentes profissionais, espaço renovado recentemente.
