Great hotel, great stay. I've been here for 10 nights half board, and I couldn't fault it. Lovely hotel in every way. Tremendous staff who are attentive, know your name and can't do enough to help. Excellent food, and the breakfast buffet ' particularly good. Lovely facilities and surroundings, and beds, bedrooms and bathrooms all top drawer. Definitely recommended.
Just arrived. First impressions good. They allowed us to check in early and check out later than normal tomorrow. Very helpful
A really well appointed, well kept hotel with indoor pool, spa and a great terrace and outdoor pool. The rooms are well thought out with a decent bathroom and all usual facilities. Breakfast is a wide ranging buffet. Highly recommended. Edit. I've removed a star after the one evening meal we had there was a disaster. One couple left after waiting an hour and although our food was prompt it wasn't good with over salted veg, bland plain rice, risotto over laden with parmesan and poor range of deserts.
Nice and quiet. Good live music in the bar most nights if you're into that. Decent breakfast. Clean nice rooms. Mattress a bit stiff but I prefer hard mattresses. Do recommend.
We decided to go here due to Covid-19 situation, we prepay the hotel online and try to avoid contact and order room service, the waitress was very helpful. I'm giving two stars due to an issue that we have with the reception staff, when arriving they said we did not pay we showed the proof on our credit card they said all fine, during the checkout the staff told my wife exactly the same keeping her for 30 minutes, even saying you haven't paid very rude not according to a 5 stars hotel. As we mentioned we are surprised it is a shame they behave not as helpful as you would expect.
Lovely place excellent customer service. The adjustments to keep guest safe during this current pandemic were very well executed. Well done
