all-inclusive hotel where everything IS all-inclusive!!! Includes Safe deposit box, fridge, all drinks including branded spirits and actual Bailey's and crisps. 5 different themed restaurants to try. If you travel with Jet2 you get a free 30 mom spa treatment. Manicure, Pedicure, Foot scrub or neck and shoulder massage. Staff are fantastic but some areas were short on staff at times. Entertainment was good but repeated on our second week Everything clean and tidy. Quite a walk into the centre but plenty of buses or taxis.

This is one of my favorite hotels. Second time. The service is excellent. The people who works here must like to work here, because all of them were still there on my second visit. The rooms towards the pool are the best, all with nice view of the ocean. The buffet restaurant is great. Good service. There are lot to choose from. There are also three specialized restaurants. The Japanese one is “hard” to book, but it is an experience. My favorite bar is the bar on floor 6th. In the evening there is usually live music. The bartender gave me complements when ordering drinks and made me feel special. The hotel offers picnic if you want to discover Madeira during the day. I had some misunderstandings about this. The picnic must be picked up before 11 and can’t be ordered on the last day. Otherwise the picnic is great. The outdoor pool is a bit to cold for my taste. It should be heated some, but I don’t think it is. There is also a “half-indoor” pool that is heated. A spa area with sauna and bubble pools are also available, but they also have a bit cold water for my taste. The people visiting this hotel in March are mostly older, for me this means a very relaxing hotel. I will come back to this hotel because of the green and beautiful Madeira island, the excellent service on this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, staff go out of the way to help you and are very friendly. The food is excellent and they have 5 themed restaurants which we highly recommend. We are looking forward to going again next year. A big thank you to all the staff who made our holiday memorable.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. The rooms are great. If you get the choice, opt for a room in the recently refurbished side. The food on offer was very good, with great variety and choice. Plus there were the three themed restaurants to choose from (Madeiran, Japanese and Italian). The gym is great, plenty of machines which hopefully helps anyone wanting to work out, and wanting a home from home workout. I would definitely come back. Only let down was the evening dress code - I checked the website and that of the agent I booked through and neither detailed an evening dining dress code. So, when I arrived it came as something of a surprise to find a dress code in place. However between myself and the management we came to a suitable arrangement, but this did slightly taint the holiday which was meant to be a surprise present for my wife. Hence only 4 stars.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful, rooms immaculate and the restaurants/bars served a superb variety of food and drink. The outdoor pool was chilly but refreshing (it was March!), the undercover pool was warmer. Check out the VIP desk to the left of reception for some amazing offers if you wish to return

I took my Lady to Madeira for a Holiday late January and the place was beautiful. The hotel itself of course is well laid out, everything easy to find, the rooms are clean and spacious. The balconies are roomy and all have a partial sea view. The staff are friendly and welcoming, helfpul and knowledgeable. The drinks are branded which really makes a difference for an all inclusive. The food was good quality. I've been afraid to eat seafood at other hotels but their chefs know what they're doing. Had amazing steak skewers this one evening. Was not wowed by the Japanese restaurant unfortunately. It was okay, but was expecting something... more. Pool is good. The outside one was cooold. Had a massage. Was great and good value. Spa is lovely. Got a really good deal too last minute. I'd recommend this place totally. Well worth it and such a step up from our usual 4*.
