One of the best tours in Madeira. 1984 Sercial, hand harvested 800 metres above sea. Ageing in Canteiro process, single old oak cask 34 years. Only 769 wines produced per barrel due to long ageing and evaporation. Exceptionally complex and structured, notable acidity, well balanced with the sweetness level. Had a great Madeira wine tasting. Liked it a lot better than other (better-known) brands. Very good help by the staff with spectacular recommendations. Thanks a lot for the nice tour of the facilities as well :)

Relaxed and pleasant. No pressure and prices are reasonable.
The wine was excellent but aperitif wine, not wine wine. The dry wine was also a little sweet but all was 18% alcohol or more. If you enjoy apertif or dessert wine definitely try this place. If you don't like either, would not recommend.
