Can not recommend the bank. Bad customer service experience. For weeks I was not able to access my account. I was given no notification why. I had to chase HQ and their branch in Funchal to find out why. I asked for help from the hotline, but I was told to help myself and even do their job for them. Eventually I was told that their forensic team determined my signature was not the same anymore, even tough I have been plenty of times in the branch and they know me personally. The hotline corresponds in English, but tells you to correspond with local branch who in turn answers your mails in Portuguese. Apart from their bad support, EuroBic does not have features that modern online banking tools nowadays are supposed to have. It feels like they are still banking in the 20th century. Everything is very limited. A nightmare for any client...
