Stupidity at its best. They have an item I want on display, right there on the spot. But they can't sell it to me, because it's a display item, despite I even agree to get that one. I can order another one and get it in 2 (TWO!) months (MONTHS!). Why not sell that one and wait whatever for the new one to arrive?! Why the hell it's on display if you can't buy it?!

This store has a lot of household stuff and the staff are friendly. When it gets to furniture, it is a different story. They actually have a website that you could browse and find stuff to either pick up at the store or have delivered. However, their website is often not working. when the website works, it is not up-to-date. So you for example you find the mattress that you want and it says it is available in 3 weeks. But then after you order it, they send you a message that says it could be delivered in 2 months! So it may be worth actually going to the store and making your order there. Most furniture and bed have to be ordered and take about 8 weeks to get. but smaller items are available. They also have plenty of household electrical and electronic appliances. If you live in Madeira, you can't help it, you will end up at this store sometimes, because it is hard to find furniture that is ready to pick up, on the island.
