Really great bar. Went there almost every night on my holidays. Great atmosphere, nice staff and good drinks and food. I loved the Sangria and the Hamburger Borracheiros Style. :-)

Delicious freshly made and extremely strong pina coladas. Four of us had 2 each and we only stopped for one. Staff polite with great service. Will be back when returning to Funchal.

Great main course, waited a long time though, which is maybe not a bad thing. Dessert, was nice but not as good, quite limited

Turned up at closing time with the kitchen closed (we were sober - had been out at a fight show) and the young lad still let us choose from the menu and cooked it himself. Food was excellent - the host even better
