I had been looking to purchase a toilet seat bidet as I have previously owned one from a well known supplier of bathroom supplies. I found Banita and they responded immediately to my first query. John was most helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure that I chose the correct product for my requirements an making sure that it would fit on my toilet. The Blooming NB-R1060D De Luxo that I ordered was shipped that afternoon and arrived the next morning here in the Algarve. As I had already prepared the water and electricity supplies it took about 15 minutes to install. The instructions were clear and concise. I love the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a toilet seat bidet and would purchase another if I needed to.
