Popes in here to purchase a replacement key. Staff very helpful and very friendly. While there looked at some of the newer models, they left us alone until we had viewed everything, only then did they sidle up and ask if they could be of help. No pressure at all.

Very poor communication at this company ... Bought a new Clio in December and already failed with braking error on dashboard and stop start function stopped working. Booked in 3 weeks in advance ( Still having to drive with braking fault) and the car is still sat in the garage with no reply at all from the garage as to when it will be fixed and returned to us. This is a business vehicle and already 4 days off the road with no contact from the garage. This is totally unacceptable in this day and age. Please please answer the phone and tell me something ... Worst ever service given by a dealer in my 40 years of owning cars. You should be ashamed of yourselves !!!!!!!
