My phone didn't charge anymore. That is a serious issue. Went over, as a tourist, prepared to pay a lot. As long as it would be fixed. The guy helped out 10 minutes, cleaning the socket, and all worked. When insisting on paying, he refused. \It was nothing\.

IPhone didn't charge anymore. He exchanged connector and battery for 100 EUR. At home it still didn't charge. We gave it back to him. After an hour he seemed to have been able to charge it again at 100%. Back in Hamburg, when it still didn't charge when we charge it, an expert in Hamburg said it can't charge anymore, because the motherboard is gone. So: did iServices only connect the battery to a charger directly? And didn't tell us? To keep the 100 EUR? Never again.

My Samsung's back cover was broken so it needed replacement. They didn't have my cover so they had to order it. They sent me a text the next day they got it and they replaced it the same day.

Péssimo serviço, mínima vontade de ajudar. Pedi ajuda para transferir os dados de um telefone para outro. Perguntou me suspirando se sabia as passwords. Informei q sabia e q não estava a conseguir transferir os dados. Lá pegou no telefone e dps disse me que estava com pouca bateria que primeiro tinha que carregar o telefone e dps transferir. Nem se preocupou em fornecer um carregador para carregar enquanto ajudava. Não recomendo
