The review is about the bus stop cafe - due to lack of ticket information (turns out you buy from driver) I've asked the lady at the bus stop cafe where the ticket office was. After igniring me twice she told me that if I wanted any information I had to pay. Worse customer services ever! Decided upon an Uber instead.
The Busline number 16 drove every hour to beach and the airport, there are so much people in this bus, that most of them find no place to sit. Not planned as well.
Very bad customer service, arrogant drivers which can’t efficiently explain the direction of the bus. Were supposed to go to Faro, but the bad illustration of the route and the driver not caring made us buy 2 tickets while our reason to have a refund/change was being totally ignored.
Worst bus system I have ever seen. Never on time, way too expensive and no clear schedule information.
O site é horrível. Tem a opção de mostrar os horários mas em vez disso mostra os lugares por onde o autocarro passa. Ainda nunca ninguém me atendeu quando liguei para o contacto que têm disponível no site. Não têm lá nenhuma informação disponível sobre a mudança de horários devido à pandemia. E bem, se os horários não mudaram ainda pior porque o tempo que estou aqui na paragem à espera já deviam ter passado 3.
Bom serviço, falta bilheteira
Ta firma autobusowa to kompletna porażka. Bardzo rzadko jeżdżą autobusy. Mało tego są całkowicie nie zsynchronizowane pomiędzy sobą. Nie ma możliwości przesiadki z autobusu 18,19 z Gambelad na 16, który dojeżdża na plażę. Jeżdżą bardzo rzadko. Na dworcu autobusowym, bez względu na to, że jest to miasto turystyczne, to porozumieć się w języku angielskim jest bardzo ciężko. Na dodatek nie obsługują oni płatności kartą, tylko wymagają gotówkę i to w czasie kiedy pieniądze najbardziej są niebezpieczne z powodu koronovirusa. Bilet również jest nie na 30dni, a tylko do końca miesiące i cena jest taka sama bez względu na ilość pozostałych dni. Brak możliwości dolodiwania karty w innym miejscu lub biletomacie, tylko na dworcu w kasie.
