This was the worst company, I have ever travelled with. The driver was so rude, he followed Google Maps, but the hotel I was staying at was a bit hard to reach and I tried to tell him where to go. Then he got really angry and told me he was just going to leave me at the place Google Maps suggested. I called the lady from the hotel and she persuaded him to let me out at a bus stop, so they could pick me up. When I left (I think he expected a tip), he literally started shouting names at me on the street. I was actually scared, he was going to do something, cause he got so aggressive. After that experience, I decided to cancel my transfer back to the airport and take a different one. I cancelled before the 48 hours to get a refund and they told me, I will get an email with the refund instructions. Its been over 3 months and I still haven't received my refund. I keep calling the company and they keep writing emails to their colleagues, but so far I haven't gotten the money back. At this point, all I want IS TO GET MY REFUND and advise anyone to NEVER use this service.

Not even deserving of the one star. An absolute joke of a company. They never displayed the company name on our arrival nor did that explain were they would be situated. Bearing in mind we arrived into the airport at a extremely busy time. We then took another company in error to which we had to return to the airport. Once we got back to the airport we had tried to ring the company to which we could hear a phone ringing and we were instantly rejected. When we approached the woman we were informed that our bus had left and that we had missed the transfer and that we had lost our money. They then became very confrontational and passive aggressive towards us and and I felt looked down on as they were pointing their finger at me and saying that it was my fault. I would 100% AVOID at all costs they are an utter joke!! We then approached the company that we originally went with in error and they were more than accomadating and helpful I would definitely recommend Yellowfish transfers.

What a joke of a company. They don't even deserve a star. Arrived at the Airport to find no driver waiting. After going around the aeroport from kiosk to kiosk I pho ed the office. They said that I had to wait for the driver but they didn't know how long it will be. I waited for over one hour and called the number a few more times which no one answered. I had to take a taxi to go to my destination. I will never use them again.

Have used this service for the last4 years. Never a problem. Very courteous, helpful and friendly drivers. Cars or mini buses very clean.

Horrendous service. Didn't pick us up for our return transfer from lagos to faro which is an hour away. Told us they rang us at 5.30am to say our pick up would not arrive at 6.30am because the driver rang in sick. So instead of getting a replacement they just left us stranded. Had to pay 100 euro for a taxi to the airport or we would have missed a flight. Complete lack of duty to care and ridiculous considering we had already paid for our transfers!!!!!! No stars!!!

GUYS!!!!!! same! didn't pick us up for the return journey back to Faro, even though I called a day before to confirm the time of departure with the company. Called them in the morning when we were due to leave and no answer. We nearly missed our flight home! :( and had to pay extra 100 euros for a taxi to the airport when i already gave them 50 euros at the airport when we first arrived for the return journey!! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! you owe me 50 euros, wastemen, don't make me come get it myself LOOOOL. (ps. how do u give 0 stars lol)

Absolutely terrible service. Didn't pick me up for my return flight after I had called the day before to confirm pick up. I had to book an expensive last minute taxi back nearly missing my flight, which they assured me they would refund. I have been contacting their customer service department for two months and they never reply to my emails and hang up the phone when I explain why I am calling. They are liars and have basically stolen from me. Avoid!
