Have been trying to get their parts department for 2 weeks now, their phone rings and then just disconnects. Very disappointing from a marquis brand like Toyota that they would allow such amateurs on their dealer network. If they cant even pick up the phone I sudder to imagine what would happen if you actually needed them.

I had this garage change my water pump during our vacations. The staff was extremely helpful, communicated very well and answered in detail to every question I had. The reparation seems well done and the price is very competitive given the job done. I would encourage you to trust them as I did.
