Good variety of fresh produce and a terrific health food section. Disappointingly no coconut yoghurt, but otherwise a really exciting selection. We did a road trip around Portugal over 3 weeks and this was a great place to stock up on healthy snacks for the car. Lidl is also highly recommended, but the choice at Continente is superior.

Produce is overexpensive and besides meat is never fresh. Fruit is ridiculously expensive and never in good shape. Besides that a cozy place.

One of the better supermarkets. Vegetables and fruit not as good as Lidl (nearby). Good selection of wines. Large parking. Small cafetaria.
