I have done really bad experience with this agency this Summer 2019. On the pictures looks everything very nice, but we got an apartment with the mold. The mold was everywhere, even on the cot. The whole apartment smelled of mold. We had a small baby and sad that we can't stay in this apartment, so agency suggested an another one apartment. The staff member said that in Ericeira it is normal because we are close to the ocean. But it was not true, because the next apartment was without the mold, but there was road works on 3 sides (behind our villa was build 2 houses plus road woks on the street). The first 2 weeks wasn’t able to see the road works. After 2 weeks they beginn to build the houses behind our villa. So you can imagine how loud it was in our house (from 8 a.m till 19:30 p.m). Especially annoying: the agency doesn't return the money from the first one apartment with the reason: the doesn’t get the money from the owner of this apartment. In the first apartment we spend around 4 days and payed 1600 eur (because if you book an apartment you have to transfer the half of amount before). In all apartment was the problems with the doors, the doors didn't got closed. The money that is required for the apartment doesn't match quality. In totally I spend with my family around 1 month in Ericeira (before we wanted to stay 2 months) and it was the worst vacation in my life. Actually it was not a vacation because I had to solve every time a new problems of apartment: look for a new apartment, repair the doors, etc. As proof I have the pictures and videos. Conclusion and recommendation: Stay away from it!!!

We bought a property with A Casa das Casas. They've been exceptional from beginning to end. Buying a property is never a quiet journey and not leaving in the country added a little more challenges at some points, but they've been there to help and solve any little blips all the time. Eventually we signed our deed via a procuration, another topic where A Casa das Casas has been on the ball! So thanks A Casa das Casas for helping us making the dream! We've found our long term rental in Ericeira thanks to A Casa das Casas. For those who don't know the long-term rental market very well, it's very hard to find a perfect property - within budget, of good quality and in great location. Thanks to A Casa das Casas we've succeeded! Worth adding it was all in the middle of the global pandemic :) I was impressed by professionalism, responsiveness and general understanding of our needs. Highly recommended.
