By far the most welcoming staff I've ever had the pleasure to be attended by. Everyone was super polite, very hasty, and always concerned if everything was to my taste. The food was nothing short of flavorful and in very generous proportions and the Siricaia was the best I've had yet. Just be sure to book in advance, and try \sopa de cação\ it's delicious!
This place was absolutely great, and we only wish they had been open the following day! Great traditional plates and prices. Great service. Sweet lovers, beware, the entrance is barricaded by a display of infinite desserts!
Quality and price is Excellent, the staff was really attentive and looked after us well. If I ever drive from Madrid to Lisbon again, i will definitely stop in Elvas to eat here. Brilliant! 5 stars. Portion sizes are huge! Would stay away from the bacalao dorada. Go for the meats instead

Very good cuisine
Best food I have had so far in Portugal, and great service. The portion sizes are large considering the fine dining feeling of the establishment. Total price for main course, 0.25l of wine and some appetizer bread was 15. I did order some port wine as well, but when I mentioned that it was missing from the bill, I just got another pour of port. Can't complain.
Went to this restaurant on a whim and was really glad I did. The waiter was so attentive and friendly, the food was divine and the restaurant really nicely decorated. If I return to Elvas, this place is sure to be on my list.
