Amazing beach! The way to reach it is not the easy one, but when you get there is heaven on hearth! Quiet and smooth, just as I like it.

An impressive sandy beach to chill and lay back but don’t expect to go for a long swim as the ocean is pretty wavy! Parking can be very challenging too !

Too crowded during a corona pandemic. There's a public parking there with parking guards but the guards serve no purpose. It's free and you're let in even if it's full. They pretend they are big important police officers making sure people park legally. But people park all over the place and I can't imagine the parking guards doing anything about it. A total mess and wrong place to go if you're concerned, as you should be, about social distancing. As also mentioned the beach is unspectacular. Portugal got much better places. Also the beach was littered with micro plastic and other small items of trash. Be aware if you have small kids who might put dangerous items in their mouths.

So far the nicest beach I've been to in Portugal! (and probably the most beautiful, too.)

Amazing beach with clean water, a lot of space and the water was the warmest one that I tried in Portugal, but I don't know if it's always like this. Anyways, it's a great place to visit with family and/or friends.

Beautiful beach nearby Troia peninsula. Well served with facilities, such as restaurant, cafeteria, restrooms, showers, parking. Nice place to rest and enjoy the landscape, as well as the sea, with turmaline blue waters. Remember: open sea beach, be careful
