Nice hostel, easy to reach. Rooms are okay, the heating is amazing. If I can suggest something : sometimes it's necessary to be available for the guests, so.. Even if this is 'a self service hostel' (it's the first I've ever seen) you may consider to be available if something happens. We weren't able to take our hair dryer with us because of the luggage and in this time of the year it's usuful. We would have appreciated to receive some help.
