Since 1939 the Restaurante Pastelaria Café (Restaurant Pastry Coffee) NICOLA is located downtown in Coimbra, in one of the main streets. A daily 'à la carte' menu is available with their manufacturated typical portuguese pastries and also homemade ice cream. Group lunches are accepted even in partnership with tourist agencies. You feel like at home, very special! — 6H5CM9 Coimbra PORTUGAL

The staff didn’t have a good attitude, I would guess it’s because we are tourists. The places we have gone in coimbra so far have been amazing, and the people have been so friendly. So it was a bit of a shock to encounter the few people working behind the espresso bar. They really made us feel like a nuisance.

One star is even too much. Sangria without flavor or alcohol, microwaved 'steak' with plastic egg, disgusting fish food with the feces still inside... We left without eating and still had to pay!! Horrible service and attitude. Avoid at all cost. Shockingly bad.

The “restaurant” was pretty bad. Worst food we had in the 10 days we were in Portugal. It was really greasy and tasteless. We didn’t try the cakes maybe they would have been better, at least they looked okay.
