Beautiful, quaint place where you see the tasty bread coming out of the wood brick oven! They serve you the food professionally and take it back to the oven to be kept warm. The Bacalhau com migas was good albeit not dazzling, but I would definitely go back to try other dishes.

If you are looking for fine 100% typical portuguese food with good service and a complete well described and diverse portuguese wine offer, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! Not as expensive as it could be... It has been great to enjoy a typical meal in such days at the center of the city. Great visit to Coimbra due to the lunch time...

Very savoury meal. Came in for a 'Quick' dinner, stayed for dessert. Service was the most enjoyable and kind you'll find. A must when in Coimbra!

Excellent food, great service. My husband had grilled veal with onion and I had roasted kid in the wood-fired oven and we absolutely loved both meals. A bit expensive though for this part of the world
