Very impressive customer service. I popped in for some windsurfing bits and Paulo's knowledge and service was outstanding. This is a gem of a surf shop full of soul.
We had a fantastic experience. My friend had his leading edge kite cut after an epic session at guincho. We arrived at the shop at 19.45 and the owner received us that late and stitched the kite straight away. He saved our trip. A big thank.
Excellent quality of hosting, very comfortable room, close to the beach by bike. In addition the hosts (Sophie and Paolo) are very nice and can help and advise you if you practice surf, wind surf and kite surf. You can as well take lessons or rent the material. We are definitely going to come back!
Paulo is a great person and an amazing teacher with good quality products in the shop. His wife (whose I don't recall her name) is lovely as well. We bought kitesurf equipment in there and will definitely go back to stay at their Guest House ️
They fixed my boom at no cost with spare pieces of an old boom. Gentle and efficient, super!
Excellent surfshop with a good range of products but more importanly service minded people !!! Paolo did a great job fixing equipment I was ready to swap ! Moreover both Paolo and his wife speak french ! Definitely a shop to recommend !
