The store is stocked with helpful staff most of the time. Only downside is the long queue to the tills, they need to work on this.

Normal decorations shop very average you won't find there the special tool you need. I was looking for 10.1 mm stapples ended up buying the full set stapplers and stapples makes me sick
You can find most of the hardware you need for the house.
The store has most of the things you need, and most of the staff are friendly but I would still think they are under-staffed and at times you have to compete with line-pushing Portuguese to get an employee yo help you out (which is rather tedious). The store however does not answer any phones if you have any warranty issues or anything. AKI Online is abysmal. They DO NOT answer phones. They do not deliver within the specified guaranteed delivery dates. The coordination between AKI online and the couriers is horrible, you have to basically do their jobs (go to the store, show your online order, ask them to help, they help, they give you delivery options, etc), so the Online Store is USELESS. DO NOT ORDER FROM AKI ONLINE EVER ! Also, they take incredibly long to reimburse you for warranty related issues.
Has everything we need, since nails to furniture, and beautiful things.
They need to work on customer service! The employees that work their, they literally avoid you (it's like they have an attitude: \I don't get paid enough for this s***\) Every once in a blue moon, you get one employee that is helpful and smiles! Either management problem, or employees don't give a rat!
Very slow service, reception crew overworked and unfriendly...
