The pools are great, the greenery is gorgeous, rooms are clean. We've been going to Rocha Brava since 2010 and it's still as great as it was back then. The nearby town Carvoeiro is also a lovely place to visit. Lovely people, lovely atmosphere. Recommend!

Lovely location, superb coastline (a little challenging) & an authentic Portuguese atmosphere. Well catered, good local foods & seafood. A very nice place for families but very little for the clubbing crowd. Deserves its 4 star status
Rocha Brava Village Resort - very nice village resort. Very welcoming staff at reception desk. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. There are a lot facilities that you can use and relax on your vacation. You can also book and arrange your tours at the reception desk. Highly recommend.
Great location along with beautiful trails. You can trail all the way to the Bengali beach. Our kids loved the trails.
Had a lovely stay here. It was clean and comfortable with everything you need. The restaurants were lovely as was the pool. Rooms are lovely but a bit dated and sunbeds getting a bit tired. However it was a great holiday all in all. Oh and the gym was 7 per day, which is a bit steep for what it is.

Beautiful resort and superb facilities! We enjoyed the swimming pools and the nature around.
Pleasurable resort with all amenities and service. Apartments with cleaning or for self-catering by oneself with equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Sunny views and some with sea views. Front porches on the ground floor apartments. Verandah on the upper level apartments. Some have roof terraces and also are for owner occupancy. There are whole apartments with ground and upper floors from the same owners available for holiday lets. Larger properties have their own swimming pool as well. Three resort swimming pools are placed throughout various locations in the complex. A smaller supermarket exists near reception as well as a restaurant and snack bar/café and beauty/massage (Thai ) practitioner. Very nice night starry sky. Even in February it's a very pleasant place to stay, short or long term if you own one of the houses or apartments. Lighthouse very close by with it's night white turning light. Draw the curtains if you are in its direction.
