trying to call the whole afternoon. More than 15 call and no one answers the phone.
Poor service, very poor service. No Control, no order, no attention to the costumer. You have to bring cash as they don't have multibanco or MB way. If you ask about this you only get a very bad response. Staff is slow, takes forever to get some change and they have to walk across the whole huge warehouse around 4 times for you to get your package.
Don't answer calls... attempted various times
From this moment on, I refuse to deal with any company that uses mrw as their courier
Impossible to get in contact. An international parcel in the MRW shop in Carnaxide is not delevered yet after more than 2 weeks. No feedback is given or action is taken on messages from Postnl, the postal office in the Netherlands. My parcel is there in the shop of MRW in Carnaxide. TAKE ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a company?**!!!
Very poor service, they don't deliver the packages as promised. Even if we go to the site and a schedule a new deliver, they simply ignore it. The site have problems when trying to send a text message. They don't have a regular phone number to call, only that 707 number which is a number with value-added as thus is blocked by some phone plans. Do not recommend.
