I have had 3 times air-conditionings from Daikin. Never a problem, all worked perfectly. When I renovated my house near Lisbon the contractor chose Mitsubishi, saying they are the best here. That’s absolutely not the case. Their equipment is mediocre. The company who did the installation is one of the authorized dealers of Mitsubishi and can be found on their website. We have had nothing but trouble. Leaking units, damaging floors and ceilings, non conform installation etc. The dealer apparently has no clue how to install the equipment. I tried to contact directly Mitsubishi for help by phone and email ( with pictures), but without success. Apparently they are not interested in satisfied customers. Equipment has been paid for and they could not care less. My next installation will definitely not come from Mitsubishi. I’ll go for Daikin again. I am quite surprised that a Japanese company like Mitsubishi does not have any problem in loosing their face in front of their customers.

Its so hard to get a hold and the customer service is the worst
They simply do not answer the phone. Amazing! I regret having a Mitsubishi air conditioning system because of this.

De nada adiante produzir um excelente equipamento e não saber vende-lo. Péssimo atendimento telefônico. Para saber o nome de um revendedor - instalador, somente informam por e-mail. Prepare a sua paciência para esperar.
Comprei um ar condicionado que segundo o Leroy Merlan disse, é da marca Mitsubishi, foi comprado em Abril de 2017, avariou em Setembro deste ano 2018, já foi á minha residência 2 técnicos que disseram que o aparelho tem que ser substituído, já recebi uma chamada da assistência da Mitsubishi a informar que iriam entrar em contacto comigo para agendar a troca do equipamento, o que é certo é que já estamos a 30 de Outubro e este assunto já se arrasta desde 16 de Setembro. Por este motivo não posso ter uma boa opinião em relação a marca. Obrigado Ana Cristina Teixeira
Apesar dos produtos serem sem dúvida muito bons, o serviço é vergonhoso, e dou 1 estrela porque não posso dar menos... Estou a 2 semanas a tentar saber informações sobre um produto e onde comprar e por incrível que pareça não há ninguém que consiga me informar, até nem sobre o preço do produto, ou não atendem ou não divulgam a informação, é impressionante como vou ter que ir até Espanha para o comprar, já que no meu próprio país não consigo. A direção deveria repensar a política de atendimento ao cliente.
