Worst experience ever, they have been cancelling the installation of an AC for three weeks now and without previous notice, every week they tell me that it has been rescheduled for the week after. Only the installation costs 189, if you call to reclaim you get attended by a third party call center that can do nothing. NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM LEROY MERLIN

Worst experience ever picking up order. Send up and down and then up. Then had to wait at checkouts for what was paid for already! Chaos and disorganisation on massive scale! Avoid like a plague!!!

The store has a reasonable variety of products but fails if you want anything other than ordinary. Not that many router tools, floor workers have little to no knowledge and are always running from you ( they know you will be asking tough questions...). Last time tried to buy a wood protector against bugs: could not find it, and after ten minutes waiting/looking for support I gave up. I got much better service from a small workshop... this is not a one time experience...
Huge DIY warehouse. Has just about everything for home decoration, renos eye. A bit confusing the directions to get there. The parking could have more signs showing entry and exit. Other than that. Good choice all round :)))
Terrible. A lot of time more than 25 minutes to pay. Really disappointed.

Crowded, grumpy staff, not nearly enough stock of cooling fans (heat wave going about). But there's lots of stuff you won't find anywhere else easily, so it does the job!
