Considering the car was purchased from a car dealer, I would not expect to get bills regarding pervious owner's lack of payment for road tolls. When first contacting the company they gave instructions on how I could redirect the bill to them which was done. Time would later reveal that they did not solve the issue that way, nor did they notify me that they didn't but as a reminder was sent out their lack of action became apparent. Next contact with the company resulted in advise to send in copies of the bill and reminder, to which they later replied that they will not do anything and I need to prove to the toll company that I did not own the car at the point of the incident. When purchasing a car privately, sure I can see this issue arising and would not oppose having to fix it. But when visiting a dealer for a more hassle free purchase and ownership of a car, this is not expected nor accepted! I cannot recommend anyone to visit the Alfragide location.
Service : unfriendly (OK we dont speak portugese Price : WAY TO EXPENSIVE We went at this place cause wenn had Trouble with our old Mercedes Sprinter. We are two young guys travelling without a lot of money. And yea we kinda looked like this. And of course we have a German roadsighn. They gave us a bill for over 280 euro. The piece they had to exchange was like 30-70 on the web. I asked about getting the bill explained, cause of cause it was in portugese. Like 3 min later they came with another bill. It was about 100 less then the original price. It was still too much but we had to pay cause otherwise we wouldnt be on aour journey now.
Once more, filled with pretentious and arrogant staff.
