Unfortunately, complete disappointment. We ordered a take away, delivery was fast. Food quality is something that is really not good. Canned tuna in the rolls, horrible flavor.Hot rolls mixed with cold and sashimi. Very small portion for 20Eur. Extremely surprised to see good reviews about food quality, which might be dine-in experience but not take away.

We ordered takeaway from inside the restaurant via the app on Monday night, we were told it was going to take 35mins but it took over an hour, it appeared locals and people eating in took priority. It’s a shame the service was bad as the sushi was actually good.

We decided to check out this restaurant as we were staying at a hotel Quinta Esplendiada. We both agreed that it was the best sushi we’ve ever had. We chose the salmon nigiri and a sakura combinado 50 pcs which were both delicious. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The sushi and sashimi plater wasn't very fresh. Service could be improved. Overall, fairly average experience, definitely under 4 stars if one compares this restaurant to other Japanese restaurants in Funchal.
