At Azul we had our best days of our vacation in Madeira. We did the Whales and dolphins trip and we saw 4 different species of dolphins and whales. WOW! Since we really like water we also did a Scuba diving experience. It was probably the most incredible thing I did in my life!
Best activities center of Madeira. We did scuba diving, kayak and the Swim with Dolphins trip. All 3 experiences were amazing. They take particular attention on anti-covid measures, even on the boat they leave some free places to avoid contacts. The shop is located in a beautiful place worth visit.
Did the Rescue Diver Course and a trip to Garajau, awesome experience. Marco is one of the best teachers I ever had in life, on point, friendly, experienced and well organised. Thanks for the great time! P. S. : The clarity of the water and variety of marine life around this place is definitely worth it!
I went for their \swimming with dolphins \ . they prepped us saying it is in the nature and we are at the mercy of dolphins for a good interaction. As i had already left a telepathic message to dolphins to have a good time with us (of course it works ;) ) they showed in a huge pod of 100s and were playing around our boat for a long time. In 2 hours we had plenty of interactions with Dolphins and very close up view like an arm length. I recommend you to try and be hopeful that you'll have good time and don't forget to leave a telepathic message to Dolphins. Thanks Azul for a good time.
Went on a snorkeling trip. The staff is friendly and willing to adjust to your requests. The short boat trip is pleasant and the water at the snorkeling location is crystal clear. But if you have been snorkeling before in other places, it's a bit underwhelming in terms of what you can see. Still, for only 25 including material, boat trip, explanation and even some drinks, you really can't go wrong.
I had a first diving experience at Azul Diving center and our instructor was Marco Faccio. I really enjoyed it. Marco was really patient and kind and made me really safe during the whole experience. Because of this experience I am now interested in persuing with the diving course.
Swim with Dolphins - Madeira Litterally the most amazing experience ever. Once out with their fasr boat thanks to the information of their network of spotters onland we quickly encounter a big pod of dolphins. The crew onboard made sure that everyone had the chace to get in the water safely and with full respect of the animals (exactly what I was looking for as marine biologist myself). You will never get closer than this in their natural habitats. WOW!
