This company is my worst experience in Portugal for my 8 years of living here. It was two visits to my apartment before it was ordered a wrong \esquentador de gas\ - instead of choosing the one for the propano/butano - they sent it for \gas natural\. Then instead of swapping unopened box for a correct one they preferred to sent a worker with a kit to alternate the gas heater and their technician didn't make the alterations in the software part but only in hardware and as a result I was receiving an error EC during one year - till I invited other technical support. But the worst was the installation of the solar panel during which they almost did a flood in my kitchen and they broke several tiles on the roof!! Some of the broken tiles I spotted at the day of installation and they just applied a silicon on the cracks instead of substituting the tiles but there were more broken tiles that I found out only after three months when strong rains started and the water was passing through the roof inside the building. And when I organised the repairing works of the roof I had to invite KeepON as an assistants to unplug and install back the tubes that passes through the roof. So they denied to come to make the assistance for free and obliged me to pay extra 120 euros and after the works were done they rejected to pay the bill that the construction company did for the reparation works. Resume: they broke the tiles / did't inform me about it (lack of honesty) and after all they rejected to pay the works that were done because of their negligence. Be aware of their services / save money and nerves. Unprofessional and irresponsable people.

This firm wasted a lot of my time over a simple boiler repair . They asked for lots of information, which I sent (including photos of the boiler). I then sat around waiting for them to make an appointment but they didn't respond to email requests - or tell me (if Google is to be believed) that they are closed on Saturday. Another firm came within 2 hours of me contacting them, identified the problem and rectified it in 20 mins.
