Parking can be tight during peak times. Nice sport gym with friendly staff. Hired excellent personal trainer to complement other sport activities i.e. golf, hiking, Focus on strenght, flexibility and mobility.

The gym is nice and it has good equipment. The coaches there though think they're working in a library. Not allowed to do stuff with the bar off the floor, if you use the rack you have to be super quiet when you rerack the bar. Do not recommend for serious weight training.

Superb. All facilities and a hige fitness. As a bonus you can use the pool afterwards. All this for one entrance ticket. And the staff is very friendly and will help you out. Highly recomended.
