Awful customer service. Trying to cancel my contract, kept hanging on phone for 12 minutes in the store then told they couldn't do it as it had to be someone else. Four hours later still not been able to cancel the service. Appreciate the staff in store have their options limited, and are always friendly and as best they can helpful.. But I really should be able to go in store to cancel my service. The overall service from Meo is awful. I was later in the evening on the phone with Meo for 48 minutes, most of which was listening to music or being passed around. Ultimately I did not achieve the cancellation of the account. I've had a quicker response to this review than to my phone calls or emails to Meo! Truly terrible service from this company. I'm glad 10 years of my contract has finished. Do not use Meo.

Nada de aconselhar, para fazer contratos sem rápidos, mas quando o cliente pressiza de ajuda, não há nenhuma maneira de entrar em contacto. Já meti os nossos advogados para nós ajudar a tratar do problema. A MEO só merece uma estrela por fazer os contactos rápidos de resto 0

... a loja sem o mínimo de condições de atendimento aos clientes , quer no Verão quer no Inverno , agravado com o estado de pandemia que vivemos e , o dever de manter o distanciamento recomendado !!!

Simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários mas são poucos. Tempo de espera elevadíssimo, sempre cheio. Agendamento de reparação de avarias nunca foi respeitado. Instalações desadequadas, muito pequenas e sem acesso a pessoas deficientes. Caldas merecia melhor.
