Instalado no edifício que era a antiga sede do Banco de Portugal no centro histórico da cidade de Bragança, este museu dispõe de um muito interessante acervo de arte contemporânea portuiguesa, e apresenta com regularidade exposições temporárias muito interessantes. Conta com o patrocínio da conhecida pintora transmontana Graça Morais, natual do concelho de Vila Flor.
