On glas floor you can enjoy the Roman ruins while eating! Crusty Samosas made of chicken was very good! I had a beef steak, asked for picante but as all food in this region it was very humble! But they spiced it up a little. The salmon was exquisite! Go for fish if you like it!!!

From outside it's looks fancy. From insider even fancier! If you don't believe me walk inside and look down. Yes, it's a glass floor. Yes, it's a foundation from an ancient ruin. If that isn't fancy, I don't know what is! Like the name suggests, it is slightly atypical. This is true to a point as the food is from your standard Portuguese restaurant textbook. Very tasty, but similar to many others. I would normally give it only four stars, except my son (8) said it was amazing so I give it five.

Delicious food and excellent service - menu available in Portuguese and English plus it has some great Vegetarian options. Highly recommend the Cheesecake and the Rosé Sangria

Unique setting with clear floor over roman ruins. Food very tasty and interesting. Welcome change from the normal local standard dishes. Welcoming host and very reasonably priced. Near to cathedral too.
