Producing wine since 1968, Sovibor is a family-owned company with a solid reputation in the Production of Alentejo Wines - DOC Borba. The Wine Cellar and its facilities are located in the heart City of Borba, with two main buildings - one known as "Adega do Passo", a very unique building with more than 200 years of History. SOVIBOR controls and monitors the grape production in about 170 ha of vineyards in Borba, with important percentages of “Old Vineyards”, essential for the creation of differentiating wines, maintaining all the typicality of the Borba sub-region.
