Been going to the gym for years at 7am. The staff are very friendly and experienced and always ready to help. They also give great classes!
We have been using the gym now for a number of years. The friendliness is second to none. The gym keeps on improving and the equipment is usually in good order. It's not a big place so it can feel crowded ........but that's a price worth paying for the good advice and good humour.
Pleasant staff, all the needed machines and weights.
