I'm very careful when visiting zoos. I avoid going anywhere where there is a big chance animals are not well taken care of and where they will definitely not have space to have a happy, safe life. Zoo Santo Inácio is one of the best places for endangered animals or rescues to live in. They have a great conservation program and the conditions are great. You can see that all animals are fed properly and are very healthy and happy and rested. It's a wonderful place to visit and see very rare animals like the white rhino, the Asian lion and Humbolt Penguins. There is a tunnel where you can go in and see the lions sleeping or walking over you. There are giraffes, gazelles, lamas, monkeys and even snow leopards. The entrance fee is around 16 euros for an adult ticket. Overall, it's a fascinating place and a perfect place to visit for half a day.

Nice zoo with good variety of animals. Not very exotic but good for visit of 3 hours or so.

Nice park with lots of Animals which seem well cared for. The Lion Tunnel is a great inclusion and the lion's seemed keen to lie on it allowing for a much closer view than normal. My only critique would be that the staff didn't seem to know where the Porto bus left from (more than 1 member of staff) which caused us to miss the bus after they told us the wrong location but the zoo itself was great.

A nice Zoo, with a decent amount of animals on show, from Primates, big cats, reptiles and more. A far price for a family of four to enter. It does take a few hours to go round and see all the areas of the zoo, especially when attending the feeding shows for a number of the animals, including the Red Panda, Lions and Otters. It is recommended to be within the Lion enclosure tunnel when they are feed, as they normally rest on top of the structure being an arms length away, if behind thick glass. The cafes are good for lunch, with a good selection on offer.

Very nice zoo. It's a bit on the small size, but is very well maintained. Also has a lot of animals that appeal to little kids! Tigers, snakes, lions, giraffes, zebras etc. It's easy to spend a morning or afternoon there. The cafeteria is good and not expensive.

Not the most amazing zoo I have ever see, but it's a nice place to spend an afternoon. The feeding of the animals is something you don't want to miss .
