Not the exact Worten I was looking for in the mall but a good place to get electronics.

I pre-ordered an item online to this store, on release day they sent me a text saying it would be sent in 3 days, i sent an email asking if it would be possible to pick up a copy in the store without the pre-order bonus,.... this email was ignored but aknowledged, after the 3 days i went to the store, there they said it would take up to 1 month and 4 days to be delivered while there were copies in store that had the preorder bonus anyways. I then asked for the complaints book. Do not go to this store, this is a common ocurance, and it should be known to everyone.

Same company doesn't provide support for different stores! Buy ensurance in one store and you can't solve that insurance issues in different store!

É lamentável o atendimento e a qualidade dos produtos! É a 3.ª maquina da loiça que compro e quando finalmente chega à minha casa não está em condições! A última entrega nem deixaram a máquina a funcionar/ligada, para além de que todas elas vêm com as portas torcidas ou sem fechar, como é o caso desta última e ainda são super rudes e malcriados. O apoio ao cliente ligasse para lá, ficasse em espera em linha tempos infinitos, para além de parecer que nós é que fizemos alguma coisa errada, soluções nenhumas ou poucas e não satisfatórias. O ditado diz que “à 3.ª é de vez” mas infelizmente no meu caso ainda não foi desta. Não recomendo de todo!
